I won’t watch The Watcher for some pretty basic reasons.

Reason 1: Keanu Reeves didn’t want to do the movie. He claims his signature was forged on a contract and it would have been a complicated legal mess for him to get out of.

Reason 2: Keanu plays a serial killer.

Reason 3: Keanu plays a serial killer who kills women.

Reason 4: It would cost me money to rent.

Reason 5: In 2014, Keanu said of The Watcher, in an interview with IndieWire: “Oh, it was a disaster. I hate that movie. It’s terrible. It’s a disaster.”
